United Pet Care offers pet parents a much-needed option for cost-savings at the vet. With 3 key audiences — members, employers, vets — they needed a lot of content created using their new branding to share with every facet of the business. My work focused on building their social media presence, building and managing emails, and developing other various sales and marketing materials.

RESULTS

In the first year of working together:

>206k emails sent with a 47% average open rate
83% increase in LinkedIn followers
>5.5% organic LinkedIn engagement rate
123 leads at $46.95 (below the target cost)

TACTICS INCLUDED:

  • Directing the design and implementation of new brand templates for social media, email, and presentations

  • Managing ongoing social media posting, ~2x per week minimum across all channels
