Digital Marketing

I’ve been digital-focused since day one. My passion is social media, but I’ve dabbled in it all, from webinars and websites to influencers and inbound lead scoring. As far as I’m concerned, why bother spending marketing $$$ on something you can’t measure?

Some of my career highlights include:

  • Managing 72% of agency’s monthly recurring revenue across 7 clients

  • 400% Instagram growth in a single year (Simply Organic)

  • 231% email subscription list growth in 45 days

  • Generating average email opens & click through rate >34%

  • Developing and maintaining >100 influencer relationships

  • Designing, writing, and sending 35 weekly emails to lists >50k contacts

 

Marketing Operations

From my earliest internships to today, I’ve always had a “fix-it” drive. Got an organizational knot? Let me untangle it. Facing a mess of information that needs to be organized and distributed? Sounds like a great late-night spreadsheet fest (I’m serious). Need to figure out the right project management tool because you are mired in version-control chaos? Oh boy, do I have ideas for you.

This all came to prepare me for the fantastic adventure of becoming the Managing Director of Sculpt in 2018 where I was able to really dig in at every level of the organization for serious growth, including:

  • Growing revenue by 2.5x (and profit by 750%)

  • Building and scaling an extended freelance team from 0 to 20

  • Acting functionally as the Head of Client Services, serving as a manager to 8 full-time team members

  • Setting and managing agency budgets and finances

Strategy

One of the best things about social media and digital marketing is that there is always something new to test or try. As such, the strategy is always evolving to meet the newest needs of both the platform and how your audience interacts with it. I ground my strategic insights in remembering that at the end of the day we are talking to people. It’s people who buy from us, not companies. A few of my favorite strategic projects include:

  • Simply Organic “Organic Moments” campaign, which generated nearly 200,000 sessions and a notable increase in YoY product revenue

  • Blend ad creative strategy with thousands of individual ad creative generating >$3 CPC

  • Cuties and Mighties social branding increasing mentions by 277% and 611% respectively
